WARRANTY

All watches purchased from Adelaide Watch Company come with a 24 month manufacturer’s warranty, valid from your date of purchase. This warranty covers material production defects concerning the watch, strap, and movement. Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, lack of care, physical force, or normal wear and tear. Your warranty will be rendered void if any attempts are made to service, repair or modify your timepiece without prior consent from us. If you have an issue with your timepiece or accessory, please contact us first to discuss the issue.

WARRANTY CLAIMS (AUSTRALIA)

If you are within Australia, we may provide you with a return shipping label or reimburse you for any reasonable shipping costs incurred.  If you are local to Adelaide Watch Company, you may also drop off your timepiece to our office during business hours. This option will be made available to you after contacting us to discuss your issue. Once we receive your timepiece, please allow up to 30 days for repair and return.

WARRANTY CLAIMS (INTERNATIONAL)

If you are located internationally, you will be directed to return your timepiece through your national postal service. This return must have a tracking option. Upon receiving your timepiece, we will reimburse you for the shipping costs (a receipt for postage payment will be required). Once we receive your timepiece, please allow up to 30 days for repair.

Alternatively, we may agree that you have a local qualified watch maker or repairer perform any required repairs to your timepiece on our behalf – allowing for easier resolution of any issues covered under warranty. Should this occur, you will be reimbursed for any expenses. Prior to agreeing to this option, we must be provided with a quote from your elected repairer. Any subsequent issues with your timepiece caused by this repairer will not be covered by our warranty. This option will only be made available after contacting us to discuss your issue.
