SHIPPING AND POLICY

At AWC we offer free Express Shipping domestically, and competitive rates worldwide, on all purchases over $150.

We strive to dispatch all orders placed prior to 10:30am local time on the same business day. If you place your order after this time, it will be dispatched the following day. Please note during holiday periods shipping times may be subject to variation due to high order volumes.

We will always elect to use Signature-on-Delivery facilities where possible. We advise providing an address where someone is present to sign for your delivery. 

​

NOTE: Delivery to PO Boxes, Parcel Lockers or Armed Forces addresses will be done via standard post and will not require signature on delivery. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Depending on your location, you may be liable for local custom/import fees, taxes, or duties upon delivery of your timepiece. These are not shipping charges included in the transaction. Please consider all relevant local custom/import costs prior to your purchase by contacting your local customs authority.

AWC will always provide accurate customs values for your international order. 

​

AWC is not liable for any customs/import costs.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At AWC, we want you to buy our timepieces with confidence, and be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, for any reason, we will gladly accept it as a return within 14 days of delivery if:

  1. You provide proof of purchase,

  2. The timepiece is in original, unworn condition,

  3. The packaging is undamaged and intact.

​

For returns, please contact us. Products returned without contacting us will not be accepted, and no refund will be issued. 

​

Once a return is approved by us, we will issue a refund after we receive the product and inspect and verify it is in original, unworn condition. 

​

For all returns, we do not provide return shipping services. You must arrange postage to the address we nominate. 

​

Should we inspect your returned product and determine it is in unoriginal, worn, or damaged condition, we will contact you to return your order, or a 25% fee will be deducted from your refund to cover restoration/restocking costs. 

​

All refunds are processed promptly, and all refunds will be provided through the payment method originally used by you. Refund payments may take up to 14 days depending on your location and method of payment. 

​

All refunds will occur in Australian Dollars (AUD). We are not liable for any changes in currency exchange rates between purchase and refund dates.
