  • What is the shipping cost?
    All orders within Australia have free shipping. For international orders, we are unfortunately unable to offer free shipping at this time and our rates for international shipping are on our Shipping and Returns information page.
  • When will I receive my items?
    For deliveries within Australia delivery time is approximately 1-3 business days. You can read more on our Shipping & Returns page.
  • Can I exchange or return my order?
    If you would like to swap your product for another model or colour, please contact us via email at admin@adelaidewatchcompany.com.au so we can reserve your new item immediately. All items must be in their original, unused condition to be eligible for return or exchange. You are entitled to an exchange or retund within 30 days after you have received your package.   • How do I use my watch?
    Follow our YouTube channel for tutorials on how to properly take care of and operate your watch.
  • Where are your watches made?
    The short answer is China. We work with some of the best watch manufacturing companies who have been in the industry for over 60 years. We ensure every detail in our design, materials, and quality are met to a high standard that we ourselves are proud to own and wear. Eventually we would like to bring manufacturing and assembly to Australia but unfortunately are not in the position to undertake such a financially demanding operation just yet.
